Description
Rust preventive oils are used to protect components previously exposed to water containing machines and grinding coolants, cleaners or water rinses. They are also used for the protection of metal parts and components stored indoor in humid conditions.
Application
Offers a dry surface on the component and is ideally suited for use on electroplated /anodized components. This can also be used on steel components, which is be subsequently painted or treated with a rust preventive, which does not have de watering properties.
Provides short term to long term protection ( 24 – 104 SST ) by forming layer of film over metallic surfaces.
